Join Marie in a Breathwork for healing and transformation class!
We will start out with a brief review of the breathing techniques used and then be guided through a 35 min Breathwork meditation combined with energy work.
Journaling, discussion, and a group card pull to follow.
To get the most out of this experience it is recommended (but not required) that you have practiced breathwork, or have attended a breathwork class in the past prior to attending.
Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and your favorite cozy blanket. An eye mask is optional. Dress in loose clothing.
Please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to get situated.
*Breathwork is a safe and gentle practice, however, it may not be for you if you have certain medical conditions. These include, but are not limited to high blood pressure, glaucoma, and epilepsy. Consult with your trusted medical provider before participating if you have a medical condition or take prescription medication.
