Beth Knottnerus - Mayday Event

This is a private event for Beth Knottnerus and friends.

Mind-Body-Spirit Retreat

All participants will receive:

-snacks and infused water

-time to relax with friends in a private environment

Each participant my choose three of the listed services:

-a salt and crystal foot soak 

-a reiki session with energywork (25 minutes)

-a spiritually guided card reading (25 minutes)

-an emotion code session (25 minutes)

-sound therapy chair (25 minutes)

Salt and Crystal Foot Soak 

Pink Himalyan sea salt and crytals are mixed in warm water for a soothing and relaxing effect.  You relax in a zero-gravity chair while soaking your tootsies to remove negativity, stress, and tension.  This activity promotes self-love while detoxifying.

Reiki

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words. Rei means God's wisdom or the higher power, and Ki means life force energy. Put together, it means spiritually guided life force energy. The client lays on a massage table while the practitioner uses various hand positions focusing on the body's energy systems. There is low lighting and relaxing music to aid the healing process. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Clients may feel warmth or tingling sensations that are soothing and relaxing. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit creating feelings of peace, serenity, and well-being.

Emotion Code

Have you ever had to stuff down an emotion because it was inappropriate to express in a particular situation? Or maybe an emotion was too much to process at the time? Those emotions can become trapped in your energetic body. The Emotion Code helps to bring those emotions to the surface so that they can be released. The Emotion Code work is a gentle, non-invasive, and safe approach. The trapped emotion is identified, acknowledged, and released.

Spiritually Guided Card Reading

Do you have questions or concerns about your life? Is there a problem that you can't seem to figure out? A Spiritual Coach Card Reading can give you the answers you are looking for.  Several oracle card decks and guided intuition are used to connect with your higher self and your guardian angels. A reading is a process of translating energy from your higher self into words. The card layout is a reflection of your life with insight and direction. You will leave your reading with clear steps and a plan of action to improve your life.

Sound Therapy Chair

Our sound therapy chair utilizes a multi-dimensional approach by stimulating multiple senses for optimal relaxation. The client reclines in a zero gravity chair allowing the physical body to fully relax. While relaxing in the chair, the client listens to specifically created music to create a desired state. You may choose the program that meets your needs at the time. Bone conduction technology is used in the chair’s sound therapy back pad. While you listen to the music through headphones, your body feels the music through vibrations from the contoured back pad. By utilizing an eye mask if you wish, you reduce visual input resulting in a deeper relaxation. Many clients become so relaxed that they fall asleep, which is just fine. The benefits are gained while the client is in a waking state or in a deep sleep. After using the sound therapy chair, most clients feel very peaceful and relaxed.
