Breathwork Pilot

This is a private event for Sanctuary employees only.

Join us for a transformative Breathwork experience led by Marie. During the session, you will be guided to deeply relax and use your breath to explore and journey within. Please bring along a yoga mat, a flat pillow, a blanket, and dress in comfortable, loose clothing. Don't forget to hydrate - bring plenty of water! The session will start with a 15 minute explanation followed by practice breaths and transformational breathwork techniques.
