Chakra Sensing

The seven chakras are the energy centers in our body in which energy flows through.  Each chakra governs specific aspects of our lives.  The word chakra translates as wheel of spinning energy.  Each chakra is like a whirling vortex-like powerhouse of energy.

Using our intuitive abilities, we can see, sense, or feel how our chakras are functioning.  This can help us to know what in our life is in balance and what is out of balance.  We can then mindfully focus on taking proactive steps to improve our well-being.

In this class we will:

-learn to intuitively sense how each chakra is functioning

-meditate with the seven chakras

-determine what may be out of balance

-focus on non-judgement when assessing chakras
