The holiday season can become stressful for those of us who are introverts and/or sensitive. This can cause anxiety about future holiday seasons and events. This group meditation was created to help calm pre-holiday stress and to help reconnect with the loving spirit of the holidays.
The evening will begin with a short journaling activity helping us to remember past years. We'll disucss the pros and the cons of the holidays. Then we will have a group meditation to let go of the past and intentionally create a positive future.
