Mind-Body-Spirit Retreat

All participants will receive:

-a a salt and crystal foot soak

-a reiki session with energywork (30 minutes)

-a spiritually guided card reading (30 minutes)

-a group meditation

-snacks and infused water or hot tea

-time to relax with friends in a private environment

Salt and Crystal Foot Soak

Pink Himalyan sea salt, epsom salt, lavender, and crytals are mixed in warm water for a soothing and relaxing effect. You relax in a zero-gravity chair while soaking your tootsies to remove negativity, stress, and tension.  This activity promotes self-love while detoxifying.

Reiki

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words. Rei means God's wisdom or the higher power, and Ki means life force energy. Put together, it means spiritually guided life force energy. The client lays on a massage table while the practitioner uses various hand positions focusing on the body's energy systems. There is low lighting and relaxing music to aid the healing process. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Clients may feel warmth or tingling sensations that are soothing and relaxing. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit creating feelings of peace, serenity, and well-being.

Spiritually Guided Card Reading
