Meditation Monday

This event is free.  We are trying this out and would love your feedback as we work out the kinks. We're hoping to make this a regular event.  :)

Come join us for a guided group meditation.  Each meditation will be channeled from spirit to meet the needs of the group for that specific meeting date.  Rose will be leading the guided meditation.  You may meditate in whatever position is most comfortable for you.  You are welcome to use our materials or bring your own.  We have zero gravity chairs, yoga mats, and big pillows on a first come first serve basis.  

We plan to spread out and will have plenty of hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes to keep things as safe as possible.  

This event will also be broadcast live on Facebook Live, so you can choose to join us at home.

Schedule:

7:00pm arrive and create your meditation space

7:15pm guided meditation begins

7:50pm meditation ends, quiet reflection time

8:00pm  event ending time

This schedule is intended as a framework.  The given times may be adjusted as the evening unfolds.
