Reiki is simple and easy to learn. Everyone can learn Reiki. Once you have completed the class, you will be able to give Reiki to yourself or others.

About the Event
While all of the Reiki levels are wonderful, there is something special about Reiki 1, the beginning of the journey. Reiki is so amazing. In one day, a person can learn how to connect to source in a deeper way, how to use that connection to help others heal, but most importantly, it begins a self-healing journey. This class is jam-packed with information to help you begin your Reiki journey.
The class will help you to:
-understand what Reiki is and how it works
-learn the history and origins of Reiki
-discover how the Reiki Principles can help you
-increase your well-being using Reiki
-complete a basic healing session on yourself and/or others
-investigate the many ways Reiki can be used in everyday life
The Reiki 1 class includes a visual slide-show presentation, discussion, meditation, attunement ceremony, and healing practice. The only pre-requisite is that you have experienced at least one Reiki healing session before the class.

Maximum Class Size: 4 participants
Cost: $175
$50 pre-paid a week prior to the class, and the remaining $125 paid the day of class
Please bring snacks, your lunch, and a beverage.
