
It's a crazy world out there right now. The best way for us to know our individual way forward is to tap into our inner knowing. However, that can be very difficult with so many outside influences including friends, family, co-workers, media, books, and group consciousness. Those of us who are sensitive pick everything up soaking all of that external information like a sponge. When we are so full of the outside world, it is very difficult to hear our inner knowing. It's important for us to know how to protect our energies creating a sacred space within. Once we can shut off the outside world, even for a little bit, then we can tune into our inner truth. The goal isn't to totally disengage from the outside world always, but rather, to take the time to know the inner self, standing strong in our own sense of self, and then engage in the outer environment coming from a place of strength.
There are a variety of ways to protect and strengthen your energies to help you create your own inner sacred space. Below are some easy ways that when done regularly can help you to protect your energies and know your inner truth. By being proactive and establishing good energetic protections regularly, you stand a much better chance of maintaining good boundaries and being able to connect with your inner knowing.
White Bubble of Light
Imagine yourself in a white bubble of light. The bubble of light is a shield protecting your from negative energies that you may encounter throughout your day. Here's a short prayer that can be used when creating your sacred space bubble of light:
I release all my past negatives, fears, human relationships, and inner self to the light. I am a light being. I radiate the light from my light center throughout my being. I radiate the light from my light center to everyone. I am in a bubble of light and only light can come to me and only light can be here. Thank you God for everything.
Security Team
Ask for help protecting your energies from the spiritual realm. Different types of spiritual assistance that you may call on include spirit guides, higher self, ancestors, angels, archangels, and source.
Protective Crystals
There are many crystals that are protective and will repel or remove negative energies. Some good ones include black tourmaline, obsidian, clear quartz, amethyst, and pyrite. Put a crystal in your pocket or wear it as jewelry. It will strengthen your boundaries and offer protection as you move throughout your day.
Meditation

Nature
Spending time in nature is a wonderful way to clear negative energies and to become fully grounded. When we fully connect with the natural world, life slows down. We are reminded of the steadfastness of the natural world, and that is very comforting. It also helps us to disengage from the deluge of technological information.
Self-Care
And last, but not least, is self-care. When you care for yourself before caring for others, you become your best self. Getting plenty of sleep, eating healthy, drinking water, and moving your body all help to strengthen your energies helping you to not absorb negative energies from outside influences.
It is important to note that we aren't protecting our energies from a place of fear. It's not about hiding from the world afraid to live our lives. Rather, we protect our energies so we can be the best version of ourselves, so we can know who our authentic self is, and so we can enjoy life as we engage with the outside world. It's all about coming from a place of strength.
