Identify and Heal Limiting Beliefs and Release Negative Patterns
This is a recorded workshop and meditation. You'll receive the recording immediately and be able to follow along and repeat this process as many times as you would like.
All you'll need is a notebook or a few sheets of blank paper, something to write with and a cozy spot to meditate.
You can change your life, if you are willing to change your thinking. What we think about ourselves becomes the truth for us. Every thought we think and the words we speak create our experiences.
Throughout life we absorb what we see, what we are told and what we experience. We begin to accept negative messages and limiting beliefs as our truth. These thoughts become patterns. They manifest as dis-ease, illness and negative experiences throughout our lives. These seemingly endless cycles tend to get worse and worse, until we choose to set ourselves free.
If we can use our problems and illnesses as opportunities to think about how we can change our lives, we have power. When we begin to take conscious charge of our thoughts and words, then we have tools that we can use.
Self-approval and self-acceptance in the present moment are the keys to positive changes in every area of life.
In this session, we will identify negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs. We will discover where they came from and then we will release them.
You have the power to heal your body and to heal your life. This session is designed to facilitate that process.

I recommend doing this session in one sitting. It can be repeated as many times as you need or want.
