SESSION OVERVIEW + Friendly Chat We begin each session with a chat to get to know you and what you'd like to gain from your session. We ask a few simple questions and are always happy to further answer any questions you may have about the process. +Guided Regression Here, we'll begin to relax you down. This feels similar to being read a story at bedtime. Using your senses you'll begin to experience another lifetime. +Question and Answer Before your session, we ask that you put together a list of questions you have for your subconscious mind. This is the part of you that knows everything about you. It's like a big file cabinet! This is a great opportunity for clarity and/or closure. +Body Scan Nearing the end of the session, we ask your subconscious to scan through your body and offer healing, if needed or necessary. It often provides answers as to why you may be experiencing dis-ease or physical symptoms. Past life regression empowers YOU to discover answers and solutions.
