This session is for clients that are experiencing their first Past Life Regression at Sanctuary. Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique What is QHHT? Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique was created by Dolores Cannon. This healing technique uses hypnosis to achieve deep states of relaxation for the purpose of healing in a variety of ways. The practitioner guides the client through a series of experiences while in hypnosis with the intent of addressing problems and concerns in life. The session begins with a past life regression. The client will remember, through hypnosis, an experience before this lifetime that is appropriate for helping and healing. Next, the subconscious (or higher self) is brought forward to answer questions created by the client about his or her current lifetime. The questions can be related to anything. You are only limited by your imagination. Common themes for questioning are life purpose, spirituality, work, health, family, and relationships. This technique is powerful as it can provide clarity helping you to move forward in life with information from a source you can trust….yourself. After the session is complete, the client is provided with an audio recording. Listening to the recording helps reinforce the healing effects of the session. Hearing the audio recording helps to put all of the pieces together for clear understanding helping you to move forward with confidence. A typical session lasts 3 to 4 hours. This type of work digs deep and takes time for optimal results. Please plan to have that amount of time available, so you can get the most out of your session.
